Review Readiness

RCC reviews your profile to determine whether your business is ready for a formal loan application or would benefit from additional support first.

Match The Right Support

Some entrepreneurs are referred to TSBDC or another business support partner for customer discovery, business planning, market validation, budget understanding, or bankability education.

01

Start With A Capital Readiness Profile

Every entrepreneur begins by completing a secure Capital Readiness Profile through Spotlight. This helps RCC understand your business stage, banking activity, cash-flow patterns, and capital needs.

Move Into Formal Loan review

Entrepreneurs with demonstrated motion, clear use of funds, and a reasonable path to repayment may be invited into RCC’s formal loan application workflow.

Capital Deployment

We provide loans from $5,000–$250,000 through a structured Capital Ladder designed to support entrepreneurs at every stage. With rates starting at 4%, we offer fair capital that avoids predatory lending. Our funding comes from national foundations, U.S. Treasury programs, and banking partnerships, allowing long-term, patient investment.

Technical Assistance

We integrate business training and advisory support into all lending. Through partnerships with universities and development organizations, we help borrowers build the skills and readiness needed for long-term success. Our Business Capital Accelerator connects entrepreneurs directly to funding opportunities.

Community Investment

We invest at the neighborhood level, focusing on job creation, reducing commercial vacancy, and strengthening local economies. Our work is rooted in Memphis communities, with impact measured by real on-the-ground change—not just numbers.
