LOAN APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Copy of valid state issued driver's license
Two years of tax returns (business & personal)
Copy of business license
Loan amount requested (max loan request amount is $250,000)
Three (3) months most recent bank statements (business & personal)
Business structure document(s) - ex. LLC, Sole proprietor, C Corp, S- Corp, Nonprofit, etc.
Copy of the bill of sale (vehicle purchase requests)
Copy of the purchase agreement (real estate or equipment purchases)
Additional documentation may be requested contingent upon the nature of the loan request.
For each owner of your business with 20% or more ownership they will need to provide their state issued drivers license, bank statements, and tax returns as well.
