River City Capital Investment LLC (RCC) for Title VI is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any of our programs or activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity, as protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other federal and state non-discrimination laws and requirements. 

Policy Statement 

River City Capital Investment LLC for Title VI operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and related statutes. This policy ensures that all participants and beneficiaries of our programs, including applicants, employees, and the public, are treated equitably and without discrimination. 

How to File a Complaint 

If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination under Title VI, you may file a complaint with the Alliance for Title VI. Complaints must be filed in writing and submitted within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory action.

Complaint Procedure 

  1. Upon receipt of a complaint, the President of River City Capital Investment LLC will review the complaint to ensure it is complete and within jurisdiction. An acknowledgment letter will be sent to the complainant within 10 business days. 

  1. The President of River CIty Capital Investment LLC, along with the CEO of River City Capital Investment LLC, RIver City Capital Investment LLC Board Chair, and River City Capital Investment LLC legal counsel, will conduct a thorough investigation, which may include interviews, data collection, and analysis. The investigation will be completed within 60 calendar days of receipt of the complaint. 

  1. Upon completion of the investigation, a determination will be made, and the complainant will be notified of the outcome in writing. If the complaint is substantiated, appropriate corrective action will be taken. 

  1. If the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution, they may appeal the decision within 30 calendar days of the notification of the outcome with the U.S. Department of Treasury.
